Cheri Rohlfing takes ABD SIZZLE Radio Flying - Aging But DANGEROUS!

Cheri first became interested in aviation while taking Aerospace Science class her junior year in high school.  She started flight lessons at the age of 17, became a flight instructor while attending Minnesota State University Mankato and started her first airline job shortly after graduation.  She has worked as a corporate pilot and an aviation adjunct professor and is currently flying the Airbus A320 for a Delta Air Lines based in Minneapolis. 

Cheri is very involved with encouraging and mentoring the next generation of aviation professionals.  She volunteers many hours with the MN Aviation Career Education (ACE) Camp as camp director and chairperson, an advisor to the aviation student organizations at Minnesota State Mankato, AirSpace Minnesota committee member & founding member of two Women in Aviation chapters here in MN; Stars of the North and Northern Lights.

As the proud parents of three sons, Cheri and her husband Andy enjoy spending time with them, watching their sporting events and doing Tae Kwon Do with them.  Her and her son, Eric, earned their 2nd Degree Black Belts in February.
