Maggie has practiced yoga for over 40 years and has been teaching for 19 years.
She has trained teachers at the 200 hour level and leads workshops and retreats in addition to teaching classes at RiverGarden Yoga Center in St. Paul. Maggie offers group classes and private classes in posture work, breathing, chanting, and study of yoga philosophy.
