Maggie Kessell on ABD SIZZLE Radio! - Aging But DANGEROUS!

If you think you are too old, too inflexible, or weigh too much to start a yoga program, think again! The mental component of yoga — the deep breathing, positive meditation and awareness — can boost confidence for people of all ages, flexibility, or waistlines. Yoga helps give you insight which can help you make better choices and eliminate negative self-talk and focus more on SELF-LOVE.

Our Snoop and Scoop interview this week, Maggie Kessell, is certified at the 500 hour level by Gary Kraftsow and the American Viniyoga Institute. She has studied yoga therapy with Gary, and is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT.

Maggie has practiced yoga for over 40 years and has been teaching for 19 years.

She has trained teachers at the 200 hour level and leads workshops and retreats in addition to teaching classes at RiverGarden Yoga Center in St. Paul. Maggie offers group classes and private classes in posture work, breathing, chanting, and study of yoga philosophy.

She is a perfect fit for the Aging But DANGEROUS yoga student!
