I am VERY, VERY concerned, amid all the conversation, about sitting too long during the day!!I I have to be at my computer!!  I hate the recent saying “sitting is the new smoking”!!  After all, it took me years to stop smoking!  Now, I have to work on not sitting???

I am not an exercise “freak” but I do kettlebells and that is like standing in one spot and swinging a kettlebell,  but, at least, I guess it is not sitting!  Just another thing on my list that I need to conquer.  Alcohol —Weight Loss—Exercise and now Sitting!!!!
